We are pleased to offer private functions to organisations such as kindergartens, day care, and Not for Profit groups only. You will require an ABN to make the booking so please have that handy!
To maximise the amount of private functions available at the end of the year, we offer 2 hour parties at set times. The times are 2pm-4pm, and 5pm-7pm. To book a party; select a day, start and end time, add any extras you require, then head to the checkout to finalise your booking.
Extras:
The park has a fixed small electric BBQ which is operated by $1 coins, ($1=roughly 20 minutes), and two built in trestle tables.
Alternatively we have additional items you may book as follows;
Portable gas BBQ hire – $20 (If the BBQ is not returned clean there is an additional $20 charge)
Portable Trestle Tables – $6 or 2 for $10
We also offer a Santa sleigh free of charge should you wish to provide a Santa to visit the party. We attach this to a train, then bring Santa around the track to your party. This must be added at the time of booking as it requires extra logistics on the day.
